User Agreement

Before using this product, please read and understand the following user agreement. These terms of agreement constitute a legally binding agreement between the Company and its users, and through the Company we intend to provide supplementary services in addition to the basic services provided to all registered users of the Company. Unless otherwise specified, Dingdao Public Chain grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable limited right and license to access this website and use this service for your personal use (but not on behalf of any third party), provided that you agree to and fully comply with the terms of this Agreement. Some functions of the website or services are only applicable to users who register Dingdao accounts, and you acknowledge and understand that we provide tools and infrastructure to allow you to use the relevant functions of the platform. To be clear, we are a public chain of financial services based on AI technology. Our liability to users is limited to the provision of accounts, passwords, and security herein. To become a registered user, you must complete the registration process in accordance with the requirements of Dingdao registration information. You need to ensure the timeliness, completeness and accuracy of any registration information you provide to Dingdao.

Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for any account or use other service features of the Site. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of the account information. In addition, the user is fully responsible for all activities and actions conducted by you or anyone through your account. We may be liable for any losses caused by your use of your account or password by Dingdao or any other party. You need to agree to notify Dingdao immediately when you discover any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security related to your account. Whether you know it or not, Dingdao is not responsible for any loss caused by the use of your password or account.

2. Prohibitions

Access this website through any means other than the interface provided or approved by Dingdao
Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, infringing, vulgar, obscene, defamatory or otherwise objectionable or may violate another's rights of privacy or publicity
Post or transmit any content that contains viruses, Trojan horses or any other content of a destructive nature
Use of the communication features of any of the Site or Services to adversely affect the availability of resources for other users
Violating applicable laws and regulations in the course of accessing or using the Site or the Community
Upload or transmit any content that infringes or misappropriates any third party's patent, trademark, logo, trade secret, copyright or other rights or violates a third party's right of privacy or publicity
Manipulating or blocking the services of websites and communities through the use of Internet technologies

Try to get non-shared content that includes other user strategies, code, algorithms, and so on
Knowingly providing false content

Despite the prohibition of any of the above activities, we want to create a good community where registered users communicate and share content that they have the right to make public. As a result, you may copy and use a reasonable amount of shared content on the Site and Community, without defeating our mission to help people share in the opportunities presented by the Platform. If we suspect any breach of this Agreement by you, we reserve the ultimate right to cancel your account.

3. No responsibility for shared content or third-party content

The Shared Content and portions of the Site may be provided by third parties, including, but not limited to, information vendors, advertisers, and registered users. Dingdao is the publishing platform for such third-party content. Therefore, any reliance you place on the Shared Content or Third Party Content will be at your own risk. The responsible party for any shared content, third-party content, including but not limited to opinions, suggestions, statements, services, offers or other information expressed or provided on this website or through the service is the author or distributor of the corresponding content, not Dingdao. The responsible party is responsible for guaranteeing the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, availability or usefulness of any content. Dingdao can remove any content that is suspected of violating the terms of this agreement.

4. Feedback

If you provide us with any ideas, criticisms, suggestions, or other information related to our Site or Services (collectively, "Feedback"). Whether you provide feedback in a public or private submission, or by email or any other means of communicating with us. You agree that we may use the feedback to modify our products and services.

5. Social networking

In using certain Services, you authorize us to interact on your behalf by accessing certain social networking sites (such as Twitter, any such site, collectively the "SN Site") from which such SN sites retrieve content and information at your request. From time to time, we may offer new "beta" features or tools that registered users can experiment with. Such features or tools are for experimental purposes only and are provided without warranty of any kind and may be modified or discontinued at its sole discretion.

You acknowledge and agree that we have no liability, and you agree not to retain legal liability for the actions of third parties, including the operators of other websites accessible through the Site or Services, and the risk of harm caused by such third parties in full compliance with your requirements. We do not warrant that any goods or services provided by third parties in connection with your access to and use of the Site and Services will meet your requirements or will be provided in a uninterrupted, secure, or error-free manner. Dingdao Platform is not responsible or liable for the following: (i) the use, delay in use, transmission or reply to, or inability to use the Website or Services; (ii) any content contained in the Site or Services; (iii) statements or conduct made available or posted on the Site or Services; (iv) any products or services purchased or obtained through the Site; (v) any action taken as a response to or as a result of information available on the Site or Services; (vi) any damages resulting from errors, inaccuracies, omissions, errors, interruptions or inability to access, deletion, storage failures, inability to back up or change any content on the Site or Services, or (vii) any other performance of the Site or Services or other matters relating to the Site or Services, whether or not caused by us, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, communication line failures, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to the Site or the Services or Content stored therein. You are solely responsible for all content and communications and interactions with other users of the Site and Services.

7. Investment Disclaimer

You acknowledge and understand that our Services are not investment advice. You acknowledge and agree that any use of the Services, any decisions made pursuant to the Services, including any trading or investment decisions or strategies, is at your own risk. If you need investment, trading or other professional advice, you should seek professional services. 8. Data Disclaimer

Some data contained in the Dingdao platform and services: (1) shall not be copied or distributed; and (2) is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or timely. By using such data on Dingdao website or services, you agree to comply with its applicable terms and conditions. We will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from the use of this data.

9. Release

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dingdao disclaims any liability related to: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the Services, whether by the User (including but not limited to any registered user) through any equipment or program related to or used in the Services; (b) the online or offline conduct of any user of the Services (including, but not limited to, any registered user); (c) any loss or damage caused by content posted on the Services or sent by registered users, or any interaction between users of the Site, including, without limitation, any registered users, whether online or offline; (d) any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication line failures, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of the User's or Registered User's communications.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute related to this Agreement, it shall be resolved through friendly negotiation as far as possible; If the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction. Users who choose to access the Site or use the Services from other locations do so at their own risk and, to the extent applicable, are responsible for compliance with local laws. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and Dingdao, and replaces any prior agreements between you and Dingdao, and replaces your use of this website and services.

12. Termination and Amendment

The Product Owner has the right to terminate or modify this User Agreement at any time with appropriate notice to the User. Your continued use of the Product after termination or modification constitutes acceptance of the terms of the Agreement as amended. Dingdao can modify this agreement and any supplementary terms at any time and at any time.
